"From our very first email to Steve, he was an absolute dream. We had listened to him play on his website, read the list of suggested music choices, and worked out costs, and we couldn't believe our luck in finding him. We were a little apprehensive when we first contacted Steve, as we had a very special requirement, which we were worried would not be possible. We had our hearts set on a piece of music by world famous pianist, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and we wondered if Steve would be able to play it as I walked down the aisle. We gave the question a try, since we knew how great he was from his website, but we were not prepared for what he came back with; a special recording of that very piece of music, which he had done just for us - to prove just how well he could do it, for our peace of mind. What an amazing musician - what an amazing pianist! - and what top quality service. The other songs that we requested were a mixture of pieces that were and were not on Steve's website, but ones that he had no problem covering at all. As if we couldn't be happier already, we then discovered his amazing baby grand piano shell, which he was able to bring along on our day, set up, and slip his keyboard into, to fit in with the decor beautifully. I must have emailed him about a million times running up to the day - making sure everything was okay, and each time, Steve's laid back, can't-do-enough-for-you attitude, had me feeling relaxed, confident and ridiculously excited to meet him - to hear him! On the day itself, I was greeted onto the aisle by steve's majestic playing of our most important song. It was sensational, and his timing was perfect, as he seamlessly took the song into the correct place as I entered the room, following the bridesmaids. Perfect. Steve played all the way through the ceremony and the breakfast too, which was amazing. The music during the ceremony, told the story of each moment perfectly, and during the breakfast, it was fantastic background entertainment, where guests were both serenaded by romantic classics, and livened up with well known covers. In an industry where companies can sometimes take advantage with big prices, Steve stands out a mile. He evidently has a full and true passion for what he does and it is because of this that his services represent exceptional value for money. He has an enormous amount of talent, fantastic customer service, and prices that are so reasonable, that I often think he should in fact put them up a bit!
