Fees vary depending on date, location and length of performance, so please give as much information as possible when emailing. 



TYPICAL PERFORMANCE TIMES OFFERED:


  • For solo piano - 2 x 45 minute sets with a break, spread over a 2 hour time period
  • For band gigs we generally perform for 2 x 50 minute sets


We all hold £10 million public liability insurance with the MU, and all of our equipment is PAT tested. 

HOW TO BOOK

Please call 07530 532767 or email
stevechristiepianist@gmail.com with as much detail about your day, e.g. times, venue, date (obviously) and he will let you know of his availability. If you decide to proceed with the booking, you will be emailed an invoice for deposit payment which secures the date, and an online booking agreement.  You will be sent a receipt and booking confirmation once the payment and booking agreement has been received.  

The balance payment will be due 2 weeks before the date of the engagement. All payments can be made by online bank transfer.

Terms and Conditions are available upon request (they come as part of the booking agreement too).

Yamaha CP33 Electric Piano Keyboard

Yamaha NP31 Electric Piano Keyboard (for smaller venues and/or quick moves)

BOSE L1 COMPACT (for engagements with up to 100 people)

BOSE L2 (for larger venues)

GALLIEN & KRUEGER GK200 Keyboard Amp (used mainly as a monitor)

Roland Cube Street amp (battery powered)


All mains equipment is PAT tested and regularly checked for safety throughout the year.



Tech Spec/Rider

Steve requires one SAFE 240V AC Mains socket (if outside, it must be a proper IPA66 outdoor socket)

  • Generally a corner position suits best, not too close to tables, the bar, drinkers etc

Soft drinks/tea/coffee to be provided to the artiste

If a piano is supplied by the venue, it must be recently tuned to approx A=440 and in good working order

If there is a PA at the venue, the keyboards have 2 x 1/4" jack outputs (to be connected to one or two DI boxes, for mono or stereo outputs, respectively) and one wedge monitor to be provided.
